Privacy Policy

We will not share your personal information with any other company.  We will not use your personal data for anything other than discussing your order, the delivery of your order, and for sending you a pdf proof via email prior to completion of your order.

 

As a valued customer we would like to share any exciting news or promotions we may have.  By providing your personal information to us you are consenting to its use in accordance with our privacy policy.

 

 

Permission

It is the sole responsibility of the person placing the order to ensure they have the permission of the copyright owner to use the image they are providing if the image is one other than a Bridgeman image.  Image-Artisans will not be held responsible for any legal fees, damages or any expenses that may be incurred in breach of the above.

 

We reserve the right to refuse to provide our services to anyone supplying an image we deem inappropriate.

 

 

Placing your order and payment

Payment should be made in full when placing your order.  We will not commence production of your order until payment in full is received.  You can pay using your Paypal account or by debit/credit card.  As all our products are made to order and quoted on an individual basis, you will receive a payment request from us via paypal.  You can then pay securely using your debit/credit card.  Customers wishing to pay by cheque should email their order requirements to us.  Please note that it may take up to 7 working days for cheques to clear.   Customers purchasing any of our standard items on-line will receive an order acknowledgement within 24 hours.

 

 

Delivery

Our ceramic tile panels are made to order.  We will give you an estimated delivery time upon receipt of your order.  As these products are bespoke, delivery times will vary.

 

 

Cancellation

Once payment has been made and received, in line with the provision of the Distance Selling Regulations, the goods cannot be cancelled as by their nature they are specifically made to customers own specification.

 

 

Returns

As each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns after you have received the goods.

 

Each item is thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch to ensure it has been produced in line with our strict quality control standards.
